18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA?-?; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Patients diagnosed with localized prostate cancer receiving robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy; 4. Patients who can cooperate and correctly understand Chinese and express their wishes; 5. Volunteer and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic history of related local anesthesia drugs; 2. Patients with contraindications to ropivacaine, such as severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, hypotension, third-degree atrioventricular block, etc.; 3. History of opioid use in the last 3 months; 4. Infection or damage at the intended puncture site; 5. History of severe peripheral neuropathy and mental illness; 6. Severe coagulation dysfunction (INR>=1.4 or platelet < 80000/uL); 7. The anesthesiologist or surgeon deems it inappropriate for the patient.
