Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of ''stroke'' in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015, the diagnosis was confirmed by head MRI or CT examination; 2. The course of the disease was more than 2 weeks, and the vital signs were stable; 3. First stroke or previous lacunar infarction without sequelae; 4. Aged 18-80 years; 5. Brunnstrom stage >=? of the affected lower extremity, no severe lower extremity spasm, modified Ashworth scale score =21 points, can cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 8. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age who wear pacemakers, have metal implants in the brain or other metal implants in the body, or have skull defects, epilepsy patients, pregnancy, lactation, or have not taken reliable contraceptive measures; 2. Patients with serious systemic diseases cannot participate in the study: patients with severe respiratory, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic and other diseases, such as congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, and failure to control hypertension; 3. Significant limb disability or other diseases affecting lower limb movement: severe lower limb infection, contracture, joint surgery, amputation, fracture, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis; 4. Those with serious speech, vision, hearing disorders (such as deaf-mutes) or mental disorders that affect the examination and treatment; 5. Patients recently enrolled in other clinical trials.
