Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The imaging diagnosis was type A aortic dissection; 3. The first appearance of symptoms related to aortic dissection was less than 14 days from the time of visit; 4. The aorta surgical team judged that they did not have surgical indications or the patient and his family refused surgical treatment; 5. Understand the risks of clinical trials and sign informed consent; 6. Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma-associated aortic dissection; 2. Dissection leads to severe aortic valve insufficiency or massive pericardial effusion; 3. The pseudolumen has been completely thrombosed; 4. Pregnant patients during pregnancy; 5. Complicated with infection that is difficult to control; 6. With malignant tumor, the expected life span is less than one year; 7. Complicated with severe coronary heart disease, heart failure and other basic diseases; 8. Also participate in other clinical trials.
