Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic group: (1) No gender limit, aged between 25 and 75 years; (2) Meet the Western diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; (3) Meet the criteria of TCM syndrome diagnosis; (4) Give informed consent to this study and sign informed consent. 2. Healthy people group: (1) No gender limit, aged between 25 and 75 years; (2) The physical examination result is normal and healthy; (3) Patients without TCM syndrome related symptoms belong to the category of gentleness type; (4) Give informed consent to this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic group: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, lung, brain and other organs; (2) Patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketosis and infection; (3) Suffering from severe diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and other intestinal diseases in the last 3 months, and taking antibiotics, glucocorticoids, probiotics and other intestinal flora affecting; Those who took yogurt in the past 1 week; (4) History of gastrointestinal tract and gallbladder resection; (5) Patients suffering from mental diseases, infectious diseases or unable to take care of themselves; (6) Participate in other research subjects. 2. Healthy people group: (1) Suffering from severe diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and other intestinal diseases in the last 3 months, and taking antibiotics, glucocorticoids, probiotics, etc., affecting intestinal flora; Those who took yogurt in the past 1 week; (2) History of gastrointestinal tract and gallbladder resection; (3) Patients suffering from mental diseases, infectious diseases, or unable to take care of themselves; (4) Participate in other research subjects.
