65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III; 2. Selective laparoscopic radical resection of bowel cancer; 3. Aged 65-80 years; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m^2; 5. Agree to sign informed consent for clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple chronic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 2. A long history of smoking; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) <=95% when entering the operating room at rest; 5. Patients with COPD, bronchial asthma, emphysema, pulmonary bullae, bronchiectasis and spontaneous pneumothorax in the past.
