Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for psoriasis: (1) A definite diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris; (2) Age: 18-60 years old; Course of disease: 0 ~ 20 years; (3) No treatment of psoriasis drugs within 1 month, no use of hormones, immunosuppressants and biological agents within 6 months; (4) Informed consent: patients sign informed consent, discuss through the ethics committee, and volunteer to receive treatment, observation and various examinations. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) Age: 18 ~ 60 years old; (2) Voluntarily sign the informed consent, and voluntarily accept the observation and inspection. 3. Inclusion criteria for patients with dampness-heat syndrome psoriasis: (1) A definite diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris; Accord with dampness-heat syndrome; (2) Age: 18 ~ 60 years old, gender is not limited; (3) No treatment of psoriasis drugs within 1 month, no use of hormones, immunosuppressants and biological agents within 6 months; (4) Patients sign informed consent voluntarily and accept treatment, observation and various examinations voluntarily. 4. Inclusion criteria for patients with non-damp-heat syndrome psoriasis: (1) A definite diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris; (2) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of dampness-heat syndrome of psoriasis; (3) Age: 18 ~ 60 years old, gender is not limited; (4) No treatment of psoriasis drugs within 1 month, no use of hormones, immunosuppressants and biological agents within 6 months; (5) Patients sign informed consent voluntarily and accept treatment, observation and various examinations voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients with psoriasis: (1) Patients with coagulation dysfunction or related blood types; (2) Patients suffering from infectious diseases, such as syphilis and hepatitis; (3) Primary diabetes mellitus (type I), familial hyperlipidemia, Cushing's syndrome and other serious endocrine system diseases; (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental illness; (5) Patients who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; (6) Patients who do not use drugs according to regulations, cannot judge the efficacy, or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety evaluation. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) Patients who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) Patients with one of the following clinical indicators: alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase increase > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value; Creatinine increase > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; Any of the main indicators of blood routine (white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin volume, platelet count) is lower than the lower limit of normal value; Or other laboratory testing abnormalities in patients who are judged unsuitable for participation in the study by the investigator; (3) For other reasons, the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this study.
