Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the International Ankle Union's definition of CAI; 2. Aged 18-25 years; 3. No loss of function in the past 6 weeks; 4. Cumberland Ankle Instability (CAIT) questionnaire score <=24; 5. The front drawer test of the affected ankle joint was negative; 6. There were no other interventions or treatments during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have conducted regular Tai Chi training within 12 months; 2. History of lower extremity surgery, fracture history and other medical history; 3. Patients with acute ankle sprain within 6 weeks before the start of the experiment; 4. Foot or ankle joint fixation for more than 48 hours within 6 months before the start of the experiment; 5. There are other physical disorders that affect muscle strength or proprioceptive function.
