Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people: (1) Age distribution: 18-70 years old; (2) Physical health: negative etiological tests, normal liver and kidney function, absence of systemic diseases such as HIV infection or genetic disease, and any type of ongoing benign or malignant disease that may interfere with the evaluation of the study objectives; (3) Oral health: no oral diseases, such as white spots, oral lichen planus (OLP), etc.; (4) Signed informed consent. 2. Case group: (1) Age distribution: 18-70 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for CKD as specified in the 2012 KDIGO Guidelines; (3) In accordance with the diagnostic basis and staging criteria of chronic kidney disease in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Diseases of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine (2015), namely: 1) GFR 3 months; 2) Patients who meet the following staging criteria for CRF and do not receive renal replacement therapy; Early CRF: GFR=30-59 (ML/MIN·1.73M^2); Intermediate CRF: GFR=15-29 (ML/MIN·1.73M^2); Late CRF: GFR < 15 (ML/MIN·1.73M^2); (4) The fluctuation range of GFR within three months is less than 30%; (5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of critical severe diseases, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and patients with severe infections, within the past 6 months; 2. Systemic use of antibiotics, steroid hormones, cytokines that can stimulate the immune system, methotrexate and other immunosuppressants in the past six months; 3. Large dose of probiotics (daily intake > 108cfu) for the past six months; 4. Use topical antibiotics (e.g. mouthwash) within the last 7 days; 5. Obvious untreated oral abscess, oral precancerous lesions, oral cancer, oral fungal infection, loss of more than 8 teeth and other oral diseases in the mouth; 6. Patients with other serious medical diseases such as tumor, immune system, blood system, and severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function grade >=III; Lung function GOLD grade >=III); 7. Pregnant patients and lactating patients; 8. Mental illness.
