Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracolumbar fracture caused by low energy injury or no obvious history of trauma; 2. Acute phase refers to low energy impairment or clinically relevant symptoms within 6 weeks; 3. Dual-energy X-ray (DEXA) showed BMD T value =5 points; 5. Aged >=55 years; 6. PVP or PKP surgery was performed; 7. Agree to participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures caused by tumors, infections and immune diseases: 2. New vertebral or other fractures found within 6 months or at the last follow-up; 3. >=2 vertebral fractures; 4. Associated diseases that seriously affect life, such as hemiplegia, limb fracture, etc.; 5. Combined with ankylosing spondylitis, diffuse idiopathic osteoplasia and other diseases; 6. Incomplete clinical and imaging data; 7. There is a degenerative disease of the spine unrelated to the fracture with neurological symptoms; 8. Previous local kyphosis and/or vertebral dysplasia; 9. Pregnancy; 10. Allergic reaction to acupuncture treatment.
