Permissive Hypercapnia Group:Initial tidal volume is 6-7ml/kg, and PEEP is 5cmH2O
Normol Hypercapnia Group:Maintain the tidal volume of 8-10ml/kg, and the maximum driving pressure is less than 28cmH2O

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification ?-?; 2. Aged 0-6 years; 3. Laparoscopic pediatric surgery under general anesthesia is planned; 4. Patients give informed consent and sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with neurological disease, pulmonary disease or congenital heart disease; 2. Children requiring multiple operations; 3. Concomitant eye disease; 4. Unable to touch the forehead and temporal part; 5. Concomitant thoracic congenital deformity and scoliosis; 6. Emergency surgery.
