Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Live in plateau area for more than 20 years (altitude >=3000m). 2. Elective non-cardiothoracic surgery for general anesthesia intubation. 3. Aged >= 18 years. 4. ASA: I-III. 5. Estimated operation time > 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Single lung ventilation was used during the operation. 2. Lateral or prone position surgery. 3. Previous lung surgery history. 4. Confirmed or suspected neuromuscular disease (thymoma, myasthenia, muscle disease, muscular dystrophy, etc.). 5. Chest diseases, including acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade ?-? or non-invasive ventilation or oxygen therapy at home), pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary bullas, severe emphysema or pneumothorax, asthma, pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary arterial pressure resting > 25mmHg as assessed by ultrasound;Or > 40mmHg during activity). 6. Patients with persistent hemodynamic instability or intractable shock, heart failure grade ?-? (New York Heart Association heart failure scale), severe liver disease (e.g., liver failure), or chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min). 7. General anesthesia or mechanical ventilation support were performed within 30 days before surgery. 8. Mechanical ventilation and circulation support are needed after the planned operation. 9. Intracranial trauma or tumor. 10. BMI < 35 kg/m^2. 11. Pregnant and lactating patients. 12. COVID-19 positive patients. 13. Participating in other interventional studies or refusing to sign informed consent.
