Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Preoperative fine-needle puncture or intraoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma; 3. The maximum tumor diameter was less than 2.0 cm; 4. Patients without parathyroid-related diseases; 5. No abnormalities were found in preoperative laryngoscopy; 6. Preoperative clinical diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis; 7. Understand the study content and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Have a history of neck surgery or radiotherapy; 3. The patient is not suitable for surgery; 4. Hyperthyroidism or decline; 5. Transopening during endoscopic surgery; 6. Tumor invasion of adjacent structures such as trachea, esophagus or tissue adhesion serious; 7. Anatomical abnormalities of recurrent laryngeal nerve, such as non-recurrent larynx, were found during the operation; 8. Cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 9. Patients lost to follow-up; 10. The patient insisted on withdrawing from the trial.
