Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis patients group: (1) Meet AP diagnostic criteria; (2) Meet the following diagnostic criteria for high fat pancreatitis: triglyceride level (TG) > 11.3mmol/L or serum chyl-like; Or after fasting and other factors, the serum triglyceride (TG) of patients was between 5.65 and 11.3mmol/L. 2. Hypertriglyceridemia patients group: triglyceride level (TG) > 11.3mmol/L or serum chyl-like.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pancreatitis of other causes. 2. The patient has immune deficiency, AIDS, specific reaction, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and other immune-related diseases. 3. Diabetes and thyroid disease. 4. Malignant tumors include leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc. 5. Mental illness. 6. Pregnancy. 7. Can't cooperate to complete the project.
