Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease formulated by the International Society of Cardiology and WHO in 1999; 2. Cardiac function grade I-III; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Stable condition, clear consciousness, good language communication ability; 5. Experience in using mobile phones, Internet and other tools to obtain or exchange health information; 6. Informed consent: Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, brain injury or brain disease; 2. Impaired hearing and vision or unable to complete the study for other reasons; 3. Vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
