18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Clear diagnosis of glaucoma; 3. Best corrected visual acuity >=0.02; 4. Detailed medical history collection, complete routine ophthalmic examination, anterior chamber Angle lens, central corneal thickness and axis of eye, and fundus color photography and computer static perimetry confirmed the fundus optic nerve changes and/or visual field damage typical of glaucoma; 5. Informed consent and willingness to use relevant data for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from other ophthalmic diseases affecting vision such as age-related macular degeneration, cataract, retinal degeneration/detachment, active corneal inflammation, keratoconus or inability to fix vision. 2. Astigmatism >=1.5D. 3. History of eye surgery and trauma. 4. Have systemic connective tissue diseases or autoimmune diseases. 5. Unable to cooperate with the inspection.
