Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ‘’Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction’’ and are diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction (AMI); 2. Aged >=18 years and first-time PCI; 3. Clear mind, able to communicate normally and give informed consent; 4. Have primary school education level or above; 5. At least one of the patients and their primary caregivers can use a smartphone to operate the wechat APP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the heart function classification criteria proposed by the New York Heart Society (NYHA) in 1964 and are clearly diagnosed as having heart function grade IV; 2. Suffering from mental disorders or having a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with severe damage of liver, lung and kidney function or malignant tumor; 4. Patients who are participating in other psychological interventions.
