Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with hypertension undergoing lower extremity orthopedic surgery. 2. Aged 65 to 75 years. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II ~ III. 4. Cardiac function grade I ~ II. 5. The blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension was controlled within 160/90mmHg after standard treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension who do not take medication regularly; 2. Bradycardia; 3. Atrioventricular block above degree ?; 4. Severe arrhythmia; 5. History of mental illness; 6. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Patients judged to have difficulty managing their respiratory tract were given a modified Markov score of level IV; 8. Known or suspected allergy or contraindication to various components of the study drug or other benzodiazepines, opiates, propofol, muscle laxatives, etc.; 9. Patients who have participated in any clinical trial as a subject within 3 months prior to enrollment; 10. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
