Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=50 years; 2. Meet the VCI diagnostic criteria in the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment; 3. MoCA=8 score; 5. Imaging suggests cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, leukoencephalopathy, microhemorrhage, perivascular space); 6. More than 3 months after the onset of stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other neurological diseases that may affect cognitive function, such as AD, Parkinson's disease, frontotemporal degeneration, brain trauma, central nervous system infection, etc.; 2. Have serious physical dysfunction, can not cooperate to complete the scale assessment; 3. Serious mental illness; 4. Antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics should be used within 1 month; 5. The dose of improved smart drugs or anti-anxiety and depression drugs has been adjusted in the past 6 weeks; 6. There are contraindications to MRI examination; 7. The patient is in critical condition with unstable vital signs.
