18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cancer-induced fatigue of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); 2. Moderate to severe fatigue, defined as >=4 points on Piper Fatigue scale; 3. Pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer, TNM stage ? to ?; 4. Surgical treatment and necessary adjuvant chemotherapy have been completed; 5. KPS physical condition score >=70 points; 6. Aged range from 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited; 7. Blood routine, liver and kidney function, thyroid function were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; 3. Serious systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, acute infectious diseases, etc.; 4. Use of CRF management drugs (e.g. Methylphenidate, Modafinil, bupropion, or dexamethasone) within 4 weeks.
