65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic or open surgical resection of lung segment, lung lobe or lung; 3. ASA ?-?; 4. Recovery after admission to PACU; 5. Length of stay >=1 day after surgery; 6. The estimated operation duration is >=1h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of severe mental illness; 2. Recent history of seizures and/or alcohol abuse; 3. A history of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or severe visual or speech impairment; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Allergic to study drugs; 6. Long-term use of sleeping pills or sedatives; 7. Patients who cannot understand the rating scale.
