Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemiplegia patients with brain injury: (1) Patients aged 3-60 years, with a disease course of >=1 year in patients with brain trauma or stroke; (2) The course of disease of patients with hemiplegic cerebral palsy >=3 years; (3) All the above patients with brain injury had hemiplegia and spasm before surgery, and the modified Ashworth scale >= level 2; (4) No extrapyramidal symptoms such as ataxia; (5) MMSE score >=22 points; (6) Sign informed consent. 2. Patients with brain injury hemiplegia combined with aphasia: (1) Except for spastic hemiplegia, the patients conforming to the above brain injury were confirmed as non-fluent aphasia by the Western Aphasia Checklist, right-handed, and the lesions were confined to the left cerebral hemisphere; (2) Except severe cognitive impairment, can cooperate with examination and treatment; (3) Normal speech function before onset, and native Chinese; (4) Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction in the past or at the present stage; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, severe infections, and serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Patients with fracture, limb deformity or joint contracture; 4. Severe depression (HAMD>=24 points); 5. The patient cannot undergo magnetic stimulation therapy or MRI examination due to metal foreign bodies or other implanted devices in the body; 6. Unwilling to cooperate, unable to conduct tests and assessments.
