Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gastrectomy or gastro-jejunal short-circuit surgery for gastric cancer; 2. Able to walk freely before surgery; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Postoperative consciousness and stable vital signs; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe gastrointestinal motility disorder and obstruction before operation; 2. Severely malnourished patients or albumin <=30g/L; 3. Postoperative gastrointestinal anastomotic fistula; 4. Patients with increased abdominal pressure caused by severe abdominal infection after surgery; 5. Postoperative intestinal obstruction; 6. Intestinal complications with ischemic diseases, severe anesthesia accidents and other complications occurred during and after surgery; 7. Unable to eat through mouth due to other diseases.
