Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Frailty phenotype score >=3 points; 2. Aged >=65 years; 3. No auditory or visual impairment; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction (Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE<21); 2. Have been diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe kidney diseases, diabetes or complications, or have any symptoms or signs related to cardiovascular diseases; 3. Unable to walk independently, such as in a wheelchair or using a walker; 4. Participated in other intervention studies within 3 months before enrollment.
