Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–65 years old; (2) ASA grade I-II; (3) Patients with cardiac function grade 1–2 under general anesthesia and laparotomy, requiring the patient's cardiopulmonary function to be basically normal, and the breath-holding test lasting more than 20 seconds, MET>4; (4) BMI value between 18.5-30kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients younger than 16 years old or older than 65 years old; (2) ASA III and above; (3) Patients with NYHA III or above, severe heart disease, severe volume depletion or shock; (4) Patients with pulmonary bullae and other patients who cannot tolerate higher PEEP, patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, COPD, asthma and other abnormal lung compliance, and other lung diseases; (5) Patients with severe vascular disease and autoimmune diseases (6) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; (7) Patients who refuse to join the study.
