Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Transcatheter aortic valve replacement for patients with severe aortic valve disease in accordance with surgical indications; (2) ASA grade ?-?, NYHA standard grade ?-? cardiac function; (3) BMI:18-28 kg/m2 (4) Patients and their family members agreed and signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Chronic arrhythmia (including sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, etc.); (2) Patients who need to keep the endotracheal tube back to the ward after the operation; (3) neuromuscular junction diseases such as myasthenia gravis; (4) Known allergic to the observed drug.
