Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Supine patients undergoing elective pancreatic or liver surgery. 2) Age 18 years. 3)ASA classification I-III. 4)General anesthesia under tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) untreated ischemic heart disease; severe cardiovascular disease. 2)shock or hemodynamic instability. 3) Non-supine patients in the operative position.
