18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AF group: Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation who underwent mitral valve replacement or valve repairment SR group: patients with sinus rhythm who underwent mitral valve replacement or valve repairment Age: 18-70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation; 3. Suffer from other types of cardiovascular disease; 4. Life expectancy is less than 1 year; 5, pregnancy; 6. Under 18 years old; 7. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 8. Thyroid diseases; 9. Unwilling to accept the test and refuse to sign the informed consent
