18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation. (2) Age = 18 years and = 65 years, regardless of gender. (3) Recurrent low back pain for = 3 months and = 2 years. (4) Those who have not received any other treatment regimen within the last 1 month that may affect the outcome judgment. (5) Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combination of other major lumbar spine diseases, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc. (2) Acute injury pain of the lumbar spine caused by trauma or surgery. (3) Those with major diseases of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and hematopoietic systems or patients with mental illness (4) Patients with bulging and prolapsed lumbar discs, or a history of lumbar spine surgery (5) Pregnant or lactating women. (6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month or are participating in other clinical trials (7) Those who are not suitable for MRI examination.
