Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of depression in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD - 10), all were diagnosed as depression; ? Age>18 years old, patient's condition is stable and consciousness is clear; ? Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score>17 points, concise mental state examination scale (MMSE)<27 points; ? Be able to understand and actively cooperate to complete the examination and treatment; ? All patients have voluntary and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? complicated with other serious diseases, such as serious infection, malignant tumor, etc.; ? Other serious mental disorders; ? Severe orofacial muscle weakness, oropharyngeal disease, hearing and speech dysfunction and inability to cooperate; ? HAMD score = 35 points, belonging to severe depression.
