Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group inclusion criteria (15 participants) : Patients ranged in age from 2 to 17 years; The diagnosis of epilepsy is clear, the course of the disease is more than 1 year, and 2 or more antiepileptic drugs are used at present. Feasible stereotactic electroencephalogram after preoperative evaluation; After stereotactic electroencephalogram, craniotomy was determined. Family members agree to be included and sign the consent form. Control group included criteria (30 participants) : Patients ranged in age from 2 to 17 years; The diagnosis of refractory epilepsy or focal associated epilepsy was clear, the course of disease was more than 0.5 years, and one or more kinds of epilepsy were used at present Antiepileptic drugs; The patient underwent craniotomy without stereotactic EEG after preoperative evaluation. Family members agree to be included and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Operative contraindications such as damage of heart, lung and kidney function and abnormal coagulation function; Family members refused to be included.
