Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From March 2023 to August 2023, children who underwent circumcision under intravenous general anesthesia (operation time: 5min-30min) were selected in our hospital; Age (4-8y); Body mass index: 14.8 19.6kg/m2; ASA I level; Intelligence and language development are within the normal range, and normal language communication can be conducted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who refused to participate in the study; 2) Known neurological or cognitive impairment; 3) Parents or guardians are unable to understand the study or express consent due to illiteracy or language difficulties; 4) Preoperative history of congenital, hereditary and psychiatric diseases; 5) Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection or obstructive symptoms; 6) Premature birth or chronic history; 7) Developmental delay; 8) Children with significant life changes in their families recently (such as family death, moving to a new home, changing to a new kindergarten, etc.); 9) Allergic history of local anesthetics, aspirin, ketorolac, tromethamine and other non steroidal drugs; 10) Abnormal bleeding and coagulation; 11) History of digestive tract ulcer; 12) History of neuromuscular diseases: 13) Contraindications of dorsal penile nerve block.
