Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years with acute chest discomfort; 2. Symptom onset or acute exacerbation time = 12 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with normal cTnI level were not excluded from AMI; 2. Patients who failed to retain blood samples.
