Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?=18 years old. ? The patients admitted to Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University College of Medicine were diagnosed as severe patients with primary palmhyperhidrosis (score of 3 or 4 on the hyperhidrosis Severity Scale [HDSS]).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? A history of chronic pain and mental illness. ? Vascular interventional surgery during preoperative follow-up. ? Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor cardiopulmonary function. ? Infection of the whole body or chest and back. ? Abnormal platelet function or coagulation dysfunction caused by long-term oral antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. ? Implantation of a pacemaker. ? Incomplete clinical data. ? vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates and so on.
