Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Diagnosis as MCS by CRS-R 2Age From 18 to 60 years 3More than 1 months after initial brain injury 4Consciousness was in a stable phase for at least 2 weeks before admission 5?No cranial defect or extensive skull repair 6?Patient's family agreed to the experimental protocol and had signed an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimers disease and Lewy body dementia 2Those who were not expected to survive long 3Time since onset is less than 1 month(acute coma) 4?Seizures is difficulty to control 5?Those who are undergoing other clinical trial 6?Pregnant women
