Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In our hospital, a pregnant woman with complete information; 2. Single pregnancy, age is greater than 18 years old; 3. Informed consent to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with active infections (such as urinary tract infection, chorionic amnioticitis, unknown reasons, etc.); 2. Those with chronic inflammatory diseases (such as ulcerative colitis, CROHN disease, rheumatoid arthritis); 3. Those with severe internal and surgical complications (such as severe anemia, abnormal liver and kidney function, etc.); 4. Reproductive system anatomy or abnormal function (such as uterine malformations and incomplete cervical function); 5. Clicpocoopia is terminated or causing medical -derived premature people (such as pre -placenta, hypertension during pregnancy, and intrahepatic chilled stasis during pregnancy, etc.).
