Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?=18 years old. ? Patients with shoulder pain (rotator cuff injury, adhesive shoulder bursitis, glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis, acromial impingment syndrome, etc.) admitted to Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of other chronic pain and mental illness. ? Cardiac pacemaker implantation and local anesthetic allergy history. ? Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor cardiopulmonary function. ? Systemic or affected shoulder infection. ? History of stroke, diabetes and malignant tumor. ? Platelet and coagulation dysfunction. ? Vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates, etc.
