Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Qualitative interview 1.the inclusion criteria of clinical experts in oncology radiotherapy department: (1) have more than 10 years clinical work or management experience in oncology department. (2) Bachelor's degree or above. (3) have intermediate or above professional title. (4) familiars with radiotherapy and nursing related fields of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. (5) have a rigorous, scientific and realistic attitude and volunteer to participate in this study. Pilot study (1) First course radical radiotherapy. (2) Nasopharyngeal tumors did not invade the infratemporal fossa and temporomandibular joint. (3) The diagnosis was confirmed by histology or cytology. (4) There is no history of surgical trauma and temporomandibular joint disease in maxillofacial region. (5) The patient's upper and lower incisors still exist, which can accurately measure the distance between incisors. 2.the inclusion criteria of nurses were as follows: (1) obtaining nurse practice qualification certificate; (2) 18-60 years old; (3) working in oncology department for more than 5 years; and (4) voluntarily participating in the survey. Exclusion criteria: (1) leaving the post for more than 6 months due to sick leave, maternity leave, breastfeeding, going out to study and other reasons; (2) nurses for further study and internship. 3.inclusion criteria of radiotherapy patients: (1) according to the clinical diagnostic staging criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of radiation Oncology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, nasopharyngeal carcinoma was diagnosed by pathological examination; (2) systematic staging of tumor lymph node metastasis (TNM) was stage ? to ? B; (3) patients were receiving or preparing to receive radiotherapy; (4) age = 18 years old; and (5) conscious and able to communicate normally. Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with other types of malignant tumors, (2) received open surgery or nasal endoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria: Qualitative interview 1. Exclusion criteria for nurses: ? Leave the post for sick leave, maternity leave, breastfeeding, going out to study and other reasons = 6 months; ? Nursing staff for further study and practice. 2. Exclusion criteria for patients: ? combined with other types of malignant tumors; ? Open surgery or endoscopic surgery. Pilot study (1) Patients who can not participate in rehabilitation exercise, such as those with laryngotracheal cannula, acute muscle joint sprain, acute cervical spinal disease, cervical spinal neuritis, and local skin diseases that affect exercise. (2) Interruption of radiotherapy. (3) People with mental disorders who cannot collect outcome indicators.
