Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: ? All subjects were Han nationality, right handedness; ? It is matched with the age, education level and gender of the two groups, with IQ = 85 points; ? Evaluated by a psychiatrist, there is no mental illness or psychological problem. Patient inclusion criteria: ? All subjects were Han nationality, right handedness; ? Adolescent depression was evaluated by two clinical psychiatrists, and the diagnostic criteria of depression in the Semi fixed Diagnostic Examination Manual for Mental Disorders (K-SADS-PL); ? Subjects were 13-17 years old, with IQ = 85, regardless of gender; ? Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) total score>17; ? The informed consent form has been signed, which can cooperate with various experimental inspections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are metal foreign bodies, history of major somatic diseases, unstable somatic diseases, nervous system abnormalities, and somatic diseases that may cause mood disorders in the skull; ? Bipolar disorder was diagnosed in the past, or the patient became manic during the follow-up period; ? Complicated with a history of other mental diseases, such as attention deficit motor disorder, autism, and growth retardation; ? Complicated with other mental disease history, such as attention deficit dyskinesia, autism, growth retardation; ? The patient and his immediate family members had a history of seizures.
