18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 75 years. 2. Patients with a first diagnosis of pulmonary nodules to be operated on by VATS. 3. preoperative assessment ASA classification I-II, cardiac function NYHA class I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as ropivacaine 2. the presence of severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, coagulation disorders 3. presence of chronic pain or a history of long-term opioid or NSAID use 4. presence of a history of chest surgery. 5. refusal of the patient to participate in the study. 6. change in surgical approach with intermediate open-heart surgery.
