Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? PSQI score = 7 ? Obtaining the technical qualification certificate of maternal and infant health care and the qualification certificate of nurses ? Capable of independent midwifery ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Infection and ulcer of ears, wrists and instep ? Maternity leave, further education and study abroad for more than one month ? People diagnosed with acute or chronic diseases
