Interventions

SGB group:Immediately after the end of surgery, ultrasound-guided 0.5% lidocaine 6ml was performed, right-sided stellate ganglion block compound 0.33% ropivacaine 30ml was approached, and transverse a
TAP group:Immediately after the end of surgery, ultrasound-guided 0.33% ropivacaine 30ml was introduced into the transverse abdominis plane nerve block group
control group:No additional treatment is done after the procedure

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who undergo "laparoscopic gynecological surgery" in our hospital electively; 2.Age 18~65 years old; 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III; 4.18 kg/m^2<BMI<30 kg/m^2; 5.Be able to understand and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Long-term history of opioid use; 2.History of chronic abdominal and/or pelvic pain; 3.Severe brain, heart, lung, liver, and kidney disease; 4.Unable to cooperate with or complete the study questionnaire; 5.Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in the study.
