Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)No tobacco or alcohol addiction (or have quit smoking for more than 6 months). 2)AHI between 5 and 30. 3)Meet the requirement of oral appliance. 4)Stage I & Stage II periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With other types of sleep disorders.2) Systemic or infectious disease.3) Have received other treatment for OSA within 6 months.4) Having received periodontal treatment other than scaling within six months.5) special dietary habits.6) having been treated with antibiotics within 3 months.7) severe oral caries, salivary gland disorders and other diseases affecting the flora.8) clearly having family susceptibility factors for periodontal disease.9)unable to adhere to follow-up visits.10) Body mass index greater than 32 kg/m2.
