Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I Case inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-80; 2) Good health without systemic diseases; 3) Selection of affected teeth: At least one location of the affected tooth still has periodontal probing depth (PD) = 5 mm at 6-8 weeks after the basic periodontal treatment, and the degree of looseness is less than II degree or II - III degree. There is no looseness after the looseness and fixation. The imaging examination confirms that the tooth has a bone defect formed by vertical bone absorption, and the periodontal tissue guided regeneration operation is required. Part II Case inclusion criteria: 1) Teeth that cannot be retained due to dental disease, apical disease and dental trauma; 2) Healthy periodontal tissue or mild chronic periodontitis, interproximal alveolar ridge Absorption is not obvious; 3) The adjacent teeth are healthy natural teeth; 4) Those with good oral hygiene habits; 5) Those with good compliance; 6) Those with good health and no systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I Case Exclusion Criteria: 1) Smoking; 2) The patient takes any drugs that affect platelet function 3 months before blood collection; 3) The patient had taken antiepileptic drugs, antihistamines, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, anti-inflammatory drugs or daily analgesics within 1 month before operation; 4) There is no complete preoperative or postoperative examination data (periodontal examination form, imaging data); 5) Due to trauma, tumor, orthodontic treatment and other reasons, the observed teeth were missing; 6) Recurrence of periodontitis caused by failure to maintain good oral hygiene after operation; Part II Case Exclusion Criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications to tooth extraction, such as blood pressure higher than 180/100 mm Hg, fasting blood glucose higher than 8.88 mmol/L, etc.; 2) Patients with diseases that affect the healing of gingival soft tissue, such as aplastic anemia, Autoimmune diseases, thrombocytopenia, etc.; 3) Patients taking drugs that affect the operation of surgery, such as anticoagulant drugs; 4) Patients taking drugs that affect the healing of gingival soft tissue, such as phenytoin, cyclosporine, nifedipine, etc.; 5 ) Smoking >10 cigarettes/day.
