Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group BMS:(1) According to the surgical standards of Chinese Bariatric Surgery Guidelines for adult patients published in 2019,BMI=37.5kg/m2 or BMI=32 kg/m2 with obesity comorbidities and BMS surgery;(2) Aged between 18 and 60;(3) Right-handed;(4) Informed consent of patients and their family members, voluntary participation in clinical trials and studies, good compliance, voluntary signing of informed consent. Group healthy control:(1) Local communities recruited healthy volunteers of normal weight with a BMI of 20-25kg/m2; (2) Between 18 and 60 years old; (3) No contraindications for MRI examination; (4) Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group BMS:(1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria, have poor compliance and do not sign the informed consent for voluntary study.(2) have any history of malignant tumor, hereditary disease,hypogonadism, renal insufficiency, severe liver insufficiency, underlying brain lesion, mental or neurological disease, previous bowel surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, organ dysfunction, or use of any psychoactive or anti-obesity drugs of central action (i.e., sedatives, antipsychotics;(3) women during menstruation, minors, pregnant women, elderly people over 60 years old and other special groups.
