Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke. (2)Patients with acute stroke who exceed the time window for arterial and venous thrombolysis (contraindications refer to the Chinese Stroke Association Scientific Statement on Intravenous Thrombolysis in Acute Ischemic Stroke and the Chinese Guidelines for Early Endovascular Intervention in Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018). (3)Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Onset with seizures. (2)Current or significant bleeding disorders within the previous 6 months. (3)history of severe central nervous system damage (e.g., tumor, aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, intracranial or spinal cord surgery). (4)Patients with psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia or other psychiatric disorders. (5)Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. (6)Patients with allergy to tirofiban hydrochloride, thrombocytopenia with previous use of tirofiban hydrochloride, allergy to argatroban, or unsuitable for anti-platelet aggregation. (7)Not signed informed consent.
