Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia; 2. Age: =18 years old; 3. Body Mass index (BMI) : 18.5-28 kg/m2; 4.ASA classification: ?-?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to local anesthetics such as lidocaine; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Patients with cerebrovascular disease; 5. Patients with mental diseases; 6. Chronic use of opioids, benzodiazepines, NSaids or any drug that acts on the central nervous system, drug abuse/alcohol abuse, etc., in the previous 2 weeks; 7. Patients with respiratory tract infection two weeks before surgery.
