Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed written informed consent prior to enrollment; 2. Age > 18 years, both sexes; 3. Unilateral upper ureteral or renal stones less than 2.0 cm in diameter, or multiple stones with a diameter less than 2.0 cm, with a clear diagnosis by imaging such as urethral plain film, ultrasound or CT; 4. No urological tumor, no significant ureteral stenosis, and no developmental malformation of the urinary tract; 5. Subjects voluntarily enrolled in this study, with good compliance and cooperation with safety and survival follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative urinary tract infection not controlled; 2. Patients with severe hydronephrosis and renal insufficiency, large stone size requiring multiple lithotripsy, and isolated kidney; 3. Pregnancy, coagulation abnormalities (PT>16s, APTT>43s, TT>21s, Fbg>2g/L), severe cardiac, cerebral and pulmonary diseases and contraindications to surgery; 4. Ureteral calculi with severe impaction that cannot be displaced to the kidney; 5. Did not sign the written informed consent; 6. Any others which are not suitable for entering the study.
