Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 2. More than 1 year after internal fixation of fracture 3. Patients with clinical diagnosis of hypertrophic scar, or patients with unclear clinical diagnosis but definite postoperative pathological diagnosis of hypertrophic scar 4. Have not undergone hypertrophic scar treatment in the past, including surgery, radiotherapy, local injection of botulinum toxin, hormone, laser treatment, etc 5. No oral antibiotics or systemic treatment with intravenous antibiotics in the past three months 6. Voluntary participation in the survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age<18 2. Patients clinically diagnosed as keloid 3. Antibiotics or systemic treatment with intravenous antibiotics in the past 3 months 4. The patient is resistant and unwilling to participate in the investigation 5. No or limited legal capacity
