Interventions
Intervention Group:Single lung ventilation was performed with bronchial occluder.
Control Group:Adopt carbon dioxide artificial pneumothorax and bilateral lung ventilation.

18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-85 years 2. patients with pathologically confirmed squamous esophageal cancer 3. patients receiving preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy with proposed surgery at the end of treatment 4. preoperative assessment of ASA classification I-III, cardiac function NYHA class I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe hepatic insufficiency with a Child score of C. 2. severe renal insufficiency. 3. FEV1 < 70% or presence of moderate or greater restrictive/obstructive pulmonary dysfunction. 4. patient refusal to participate in the study. 5. change in surgical approach without McKewon procedure.
