18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18-75 years; 2) Rectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathological biopsy; 3) receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy or neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy; 4) Laparoscopic ISR is performed after neoadjuvant therapy with negative margin; 5) Patients can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study, and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age 75 years; 2) Combined with targeted therapy during neoadjuvant therapy; 3) Patients combine intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding and require surgery; 4) ASA classification =4; 5) History of severe dementia or mental illness; 6) Combine distant metastasis; 7) Patients are unable to understand the conditions and objectives of the study.
